Graduation: This graduation will serve as a review and culmination of the Leadership Tuscarawas. Groups will report their findings and participants will discuss future trends in economics, business, and demographics. A graduation ceremony and reception will serve as the successful completion of the Leadership Tuscarawas.
After Graduation: The leadership experience does not end with graduation, it is just the beginning. Graduates of Leadership Tuscarawas become members of a pool of leaders that will serve our region. In addition to being tapped for boards, task forces, and committees in the community, they spearhead initiatives and foster participation and support for community change. They will provide creative problem solving assistance to organizations and institutions and join with others to create positive change in the Tuscarawas Valley.
